HALE AIMS FOR SNETTERTON GLORY

Mitchell, 15, is an up-and-coming star coached by Danny in the Ginetta Junior series, a sports car championship for youngsters that runs across Great Britain and under the prestigious British Touring Car Championship. He heads to this weekend’s Snetterton round on a high, having set the fastest time in testing at the Norfolk circuit last week and is hoping to claim his first series victory in one of the event’s two races.
“It was great,” said Mitchell of the one-day test. “I was quick throughout the whole day and managed to top the timesheets. I’m really looking forward to the races and I need to make sure I have a good qualifying session – then I can go for the win.”
